Bigger , Faster, Stronger |
The Evans High School weightlifting classes are all using the Bigger Faster Stronger lifting program. This program gives us a computer generated workout for the students to use each day. The core lifts that we use are Bench, Incline, Power Clean, Squat and Dead Lift. Auxillary lifts will be curls, dips, military press, straigh leg dead lifts and glute ham exercises.
Students will also be expected to perform plyo-metric exercises as part of this class. These exercises may include box jumps, dot drills, stadium runs and speed ladders. |
Grading |
| Students are expected to dress out and participate on a daily basis. Students must follow the workout that the class is doing each day. There will be no exceptions to this rule. |
