Firstly, I believe that students achieve more when they are held to a higher expectation. Thus, my expectations for the student's performance in class is high, but not unattainable. To reach these goal though, we as a class have to have mutual respect for one another.
Rules to Live by:
1. Write only in blue or black ink. If you choose to write in any other color or in pencil, you will receive a 0 on that assignment. 2. Only use pencil if specifically directed to do so by Ms. Funsch. 3. Finish your food and drink before entering the classroom—eating and/or drinking are not permitted in class. 4. Raise your hand before venturing a comment or question into the classroom discussion. 5. Respect the other students in the classroom as you are all here to learn about literature. 6. Go to the bathroom during your break not during class time. 7. Expect a tardy if you walk in after the bell rings.
