This packet was distributed during the 3rd grade's Parent Orientation. In this packet you will find useful information regarding assignments, homework, binders, signed papers, grades, conferences, money, absences, and rules.

These forms are used in our classroom for discipline. After the student has received a warning and continues the inappropriate behavior they will complete the Courtesy Questionnaire. If the inappropriate behavior continues the student will complete the Telephone Script and make a call to one of their parents.
