Rules and Consequences |
1 Follow directions, work on assigned task.
2. Always raise hand, wait to be called on before speaking.
3. Stay in your seat, do not distract others.
4. Bring homework completed to class on due date, have all other necessary supplies.
5. No excessive or inappropriate talking without permission.
1. Verbal warning.
2. One check on discipline folder, 2nd warning.
3. Two checks on discipline folder, lose recess.
4. Three checks on folder, contact parents.
5. Four checks on folder, go to office. |
