It is my belief that problem solving, either creative or critical, is one of the most important skills we can teach our children. That is what I try to instill in my students. It's not just what we know, it's how we apply that knowledge to make authentic connections to new encounters. Our great thinkers have asked "Why?" and then were curious enough to search for the answers. I want my students to strive for great thinking.
