My name is Nakia M. Johnson EdS. I have a 14 yr. old daughter and quite excitable poodle, named "Brickhouse". I am a graduate of Paine College (BS. Early Education), Troy State University (MEd.Counseling and Psychology), and Cambridge College(EdS. Educational Administration. I have taught EIP several years and look forward to serving students at RRE. It is great being a part of this new family! |

| Welcome to River Ridge Elementary's EIP Corner. The Early Intervention Program at River Ridge is designed to assist students in acceleration and remediation of math and reading skills. I like to incorporate Science and Social Studies into this curriculum as well, as time permits. EIP services students who might need an extra boost in learning the required curriculum or need an alternate way of learning the required skills. Please utilize this as a resource for helping "our" children become great learners. As the year progresses, I will provide helpful links to inform parents and students.
