Rules, Bylaws, & Regulations
- We will be electing new club officers by Sep 1. If you are interested in becoming a club officer, make sure that you are going to attend the club meetings. The club officers for 2006-2007 included: President - Mykel Green, Vice President - Van Tate, and Secretary/Treasurer - Oksana Chaly.
- The EHS Chess Club meets on scheduled Wednesdays at 2:50 in Room 282.
- Students must submit a registration form signed by a parent or guardian.
- There is also a $3.00 membership fee to pay for chess sets.
- The purpose for club meetings is to play chess. Training will be up to the members to set dates and provide instruction.
- Tournaments will be organized and managed by club members. Fees for tournaments will be decided my a club committee.
- All questions should be directed to Mr. Shoemaker. (Use email or call EHS at 706-863-1198.)
