Seventh Grade Social Studies and Language Arts |
Hello,
My name is Mrs. Emily Stout, and this is my first year at Columbia Middle School. I am thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to educate, encourage, and challenge your children in my classroom. I believe that each child deserves the opportunity to learn and succeed regardless of their perceived level of ability. In an effort to help my students reach their full potential, I ask my students to come to class prepared: to bring a pen or pencil, paper, their assigned school books, and a personal willingness to learn. The best thing that you can do to ensure your child's success is to ask them about their school work, remind them to complete homework and ask to check it for completion, and help your child study for tests by quizzing them and discussing the topics discussed in class. Please feel free to look around on my website and contact me if you have any questions at all regarding your child's progression.
Sincerely,
Emily C. Stout Emily.Stout@ccboe.net ext. 5839
