1. Yellow card-dime-stand 5 minutes at recess
2. 1 red card-nickel-stand 10 minutes at recess
3. 2 red cards-no stamp-stand 15 minutes at recess-create behavior plan
4. 3 red cards-no stamp-lose all of recess with isolation-call home
5. 4 red cards-no stamp-sent to principal's offce
