Welcome to first grade! I look forward to working with your child and with you during this 2006-2007 school year. Communication between school and home is vital if your child is going to succeed in first grade. Your child's BEE book is my main source of communication with you. Check it each day in order to keep current on what is happening at school. Look for our First Grade Friday letter each Friday. It will be in your child's BEE book. It is a good way to reflect on what has happened during the week and it will also preview what is to come in the weeks to follow. If you need to, you can always see the letter each week on this website.
Feel free to contact me anytime you have questions or concerns. You have several ways to do this. You may call the school and leave me a message during the day. You may also use the communication sheet found in your child's BEE book. If you would like to email me, just use the link to the left of this letter.
