In Language Arts this year we will work on essential reading skills such as inferencing, cause and effect, and comprehension. We will really focus on vocabulary development as well as use word walls to help improve our spelling. |

Multiplication is a big part of third grade! It is important that students study their times tables and prepare for quizzes. Knowing our multiplication facts will help later in the year when we begin to tackle division. |
Students really enjoy Science! We do some really neat hands-on experiements.
In Social Studies, we will cover communities and our place in the world! We will also take a peek at other cultures and their traditions. |
