"Under Construction" was the title of a unit we recently enjoyed in our class. Students were challenged to think of ways to stabalize things such as sticks, poles, rulers, and other things using materials or objects found in the classroom. We focused on measuring the height of structures and talked about skyscrapers and the engineering behind those buildings. The students did a fabulous job and had fun along the way! |
