Welcome to our classroom website. We are in the process of making this website a tool you can use to help you become a better student. We are also going to use this website as a way for you to share what we are doing in our classroom with your parents. You will continue to use your F.R.O.G. book (Families Reading, Organizing, Growing) to review the spelling, math, wordlists and homework assignments. However, this will also give you a variety of ways to review the skills you need in order to reach your fullest potential. Be sure to click on the links on this page so that you can see the wide variety of resources that are at your fingertips! We are glad that you are a part of our community of learners. We respect each others right and privilege to learn every moment of the school day! Our class motto is "Take time to be kind". We challenge you not only to share acts of kindness with your peers, but to also discover as much as you can through our classroom activites and website opportunities.

8:50-9:30 GPS Math Focus with textbook and supplemental materials
9:30-10:00 Grammar/Shared Writing Time
10:00-10:25 Recess
10:25-10:45 Phonics
10:50-11:20 Lunch
11:25-12:25 Guided Reading
12:25-1:15 Integrated Science/Social Studies/ Art
1:15-2:30 Accelerated Math/Target Needs: Working with Words (Spelling) and Reading strategies
2:30-3:15 Specials
3:15-3:30 Wrap Up/Ticket out the door
3:30-4:00 Monitor Dismissal

PE….Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays*
(Be sure to wear tennis shoes and proper dress for outside and gym activities)
Art/Guidance…… Every other Friday*
Book Check Out Day (to be announced)
Students may visit the library everyday when they take accelerated reader tests on library books or if a parent sends a note to let us know that their child has read/listened to the book at least twice
Computer Lab….Fridays @ 8:45-9:30
Music…..Thursday*
Please note: Our days are packed and it is important that every student be present for all of the learning opportunities. Please do not have your child come to school late or leave early unless it is an emergency.
