Welcome |
| I have taught special needs students for over 20 years in both elementary and middle schools. I have degrees in mental retardation, elementary education, and interrelated special education. |
Interrelated Resource |
| The interrelated resource program is for students enrolled in the general education program while receiving specialized teaching and accomodations for no more than 3 hours per day. Students must satisfy requirements to receive services in a particular area of special education, such as emotional and behavior disorder, intellectual disability, other health impairment, significant developmental delay, and specific learning disability. |
Inclusion Model |
| Special needs students can also be served in the inclusion or collaborative model. In this model, I work with identified students and the general education teacher within the regular classroom setting. |
Homework |
| Please check your child's assignment book daily for homework and for other important information. |
