Introduction |
| At Riverside Elementary the students learn the language of music through the use of the Orff-Shulwerk approach and the Kodaly Method. Kodaly opens the doors to music literacy and Orff-Schulwerk provides growth through musical experience. Each and every student is an active participant in music making through singing, movement, instrument playing, improvisation and composition. |
General Information |
RES students come to music once a week. Kindergarten and 1st grade music classes are 40 minutes, while 2nd - 5th grade classes are 45 minutes.
