Discipline Plan |
Students begin each nine weeks with an excellent conduct grade or S+.
1 or 2 strikes= S+ (Excellent)
3 to 5 strikes= S (Satisfactory)
6 to 8 strikes= NI (Needs Improvement)
9 or more strikes= U (Unsatisfactory)
When a students breaks a classroom or school rule the teacher will notify the parent through the planner.
*Mrs. Sabo, Mrs. Correia, and Ms. Todd will communicate daily on behavior issues if they arise.
Rules
1. Mind your teacher.
2. Be kind to others.
3. Be quiet during instruction.
Consequences Each Day:
1st Offense: Strike
2nd Offense: Second strike with a note in planner from the teacher
3rd Offense: Recess will be spent writing a behavior plan
*Students who break any serious school rules will be sent to the office with a discipline referral. Please refer to the school's Code of Conduct book for that information. |
