HOMEWORK: (HOMEWORK MAY VARY SLIGHTLY DURING THE WEEK, DEPENDING ON VARIATIONS IN CLASS DURING THE DAY. ALL CHAPTER WORK IS ALWAYS DUE ON THE DAY OF THE CHAPTER TEST!)
***We are in great need of tissues and paper towels.
5/12-5/16
MONDAY: Sections 3 and 4 review questions. Review nightly for chapter 15: Invertebrates exam on the last day of school
TUESDAY: review
WEDNESDAY: review
THURSDAY: review
FRIDAY: Finish invertebrate project, if not finished in class. Make sure all work for chapter 15 is complete for the HW packet.
5/19-5/22
MONDAY: review for exam on Thursday, chapter 15
TUESDAY: review and complet HW packet, if needed
WEDNESDAY: study for exam tomorrow
THURSDAY: last day of school

Materials:
3 ring binder
Dividers or subdividers within the science section (brainteasers, notes, and handouts)
Grading:
Daily work/quizzes: count 1 time
Homework: cumulative over the nine week period (5 packets of 20 points each. Packets due on test days.)
Labs: count 2 times
Tests/projects: count 2 times
**Late assignments will automatically receive minus 10 points for the first and second day they are late. No late assignments will be accepted after the second day late, unless prior approval has been obtained from the teacher.
**Students will be allowed 5 days following an excused absence to complete any make-up work. It is the student’s responsibility to ask for any assignments missed.
**Weekly assignments and other work will be posted on the board and my LMS website each Monday morning and will remain on the board for the entire week. It is the student’s responsibility to write down all assignments.
