Welcome to Mrs. Janice Farr's third grade class!

Hello! Welcome to third grade. I am looking forward to teaching your child this year.
I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In my teaching career, I have taught third, fourth and fifth grades. I have two grown daughters, who sometimes are jealous of my school children.
Some things I enjoy are reading books for pleasure, watching movies, going out to eat, having fun and spending time with my children (both school and my daughters).
Last school year, I was diagnoised with breast cancer, but am now in remission. I plan on living a full and happy life.
