Coach Fulford's classroom Rules & Discipline Plan Fall 2009
*Arrive on time. *Enter and exit from side doors in gym only. *Dress out every day in Weight Training classes. Tee shirt, athletic shorts (no cut-offs), athletic socks, and athletic shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS or BOOTS of any kind 10 points will be deducted every day when you do not dress out properly. *You must participate every day in Weight Training classes. You must be actively engaged in your particular workout for entire class period. 10 points will be deducted from daily grade when you do not participate. *20 points a day/100 points a week is maximum points possible. *Do your assigned workout. *Listen to my directions. *Pick up after yourself. *Leave other people's materials alone. (Locks, Workout clothes, personal items, etc...) *Do not interrupt other students' workout. *Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself. No touching another student unless you are spotting them during a lift. *Keep your hands clean and take care of personal hygiene in the rest room during breaks. *Absolutely no horseplay! *Safety in the weight room will be expected at all times! *No vandalism. Don't write or carve on equipment or school property. *Clean your work station appropriately. *Absolutely no food, drink, gum, or candy permitted. *Do not come to class late without a hallpass. *Be organized and prepared for class. I.e. dressed out *Respect all property. (School property, gym lockers, personal property, and other's property) *Do your very best! *Please lock your valuables in your own locker! Do not leave your personal items lying on the bench in the locker room. You are responsible for your personal items. Tardies: I will follow school policy. **REMEMBER STUDENTS WILL GET A LOT FROM THIS CLASS ONLY IF THEY PUT A LOT OF EFFORT INTO IT! |
