Weight Training |
Gym Rules 1. No food or drink in the gym. 2. Students do not leave class without permission/including locker rooms. 3. Students are not allowed in the gym or weight room without adult supervision. 4. No students are allowed in gym offices without a teacher. 5. No balls out 10 minutes before or 10 minutes at the end of class. 6. No kicking volleyballs or any other athletic ball. 7. All students must enter and exit through side doors. 8. Students are not allowed in gym during lunch. 9. No hanging on the basketball goals. 10.Students must lock up clothing during class. 11. All students must dress-out and dress-in during class (No school clothes allowed during class) 12. Students must wear gym shoes, T -shirt, and shorts during class. 13. All students need to have fun and get along with others.
Grading 1. Dress daily 2. Praticaption 3. Every student will start with a 100. There is a five point deduction for every day missed dressing out or particaption. 4. If a student is absent there is a fve point deduction until the day is made up. 5. If a student is sick the day of class they are to dress for class and will be allowed to make up the day missed. 6. Make up needs to be done as soon as possible after the missed day (see me for makeup).

Classroom guidelines are simple 1. Stay in your seats. 2. No talking when somebody else is talking. 3. No arguing with anybody in class. 4. Do all your classwork.
