| Brookwood Elementary School has one lottery funded Pre-K class. Registration is held in the spring to determine the class roster and waiting list for the next school year. During the school year if a child withdraws, the next child on the waiting list is invited to join the class. There are 20 students in the class, and they learn in very active, hands-on ways. We eat breakfast and lunch together everyday, and a healthy snack is provided for them each day. Our day consists of small group activities, large group activities, planning for work time, work time or centers, reviewing, and outside play. |
