Class Rules and Consequences |
| Our class uses a behavior board. Each student starts on the word AWESOME. Their shape gets moved for each time the student chooses to break a rule. The first move is a warning. The second move is limit message. This means the child is no longer going to be warned about his/her behavior. The third move is to consequence 1. This means the child will miss 5 minutes of recess. The fourth and final move, consequence 2, results in missing all of recess and a note home to the parent. |
Good Behavior |
| Our goal is to encouage good classroom behavior. Each studnet has been given a colored foam circle. The circle is placed on an on-task board. Each time the student stays on task, they will earn 5 paper links toward their chain. The chain starts at the ceiling. When their chain touches the floor,the student will earn a prize from the "Mystery Motivating Envelope". |
