Dear Parents,
Please remember that your child will need pencils, erasers, and paper when they come to school. If your child comes to resource, he or she will need to have extra supplies in our "cottage". They have a cubbie to put their things in.
A very important part of your child's life is reading . Choose anything of interest to your child to encourage your child to read. You can take the pressure off of your child by taking turns reading to each other. AR is very important to develop reading skills. Renaissance Place is wonderful for EES students, as we can access the web to more books than what is in our media center.
Simple math facts to 20, mutiplication tables (for those children who are third grade and above), money, and telling time are very important skills for your child. These are life long skills. Please help us help your child by reviewing these skills at home.
If you have any questions, please email me.
Thank you for sharing your child with us.
