"It's okay to make mistakes. Mistakes are our teachers- they help us to learn." (John Bradshaw) |
This will be my fifth year at Lewiston Elementary School, and my first year in 5th Grade after three wonderful years in 4th Grade. Upon retiring from the US Army in 1995 after 21 years I started undergraduate school at Athens State University, and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 1999. Immediately thereafter I entered the graduate program at the University of North Alabama, receiving my Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education. I have four children, three adult daughters and a 19 year old son. My favorite hobbies are fishing, collecting sports cards, motorbike riding, paintball, Alabama football, collecting Beanie Baby bears and generally enjoying life. My favorite subjects are Math and Reading!
