About Ms.Leverett This is my sixth year teaching and my first year at Martinez Elementary. I am truly enjoying being part of the MES family. Previously, I taught middle school and elementary in Richmond County. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, a Masters Degree in Foundations of Edcuation and a Specialists Degree in Educational Leadership. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision. I am also the mother of a daughter,Josalyn. I love teaching and working with children. I cannot imagine doing anything else. I find joy in helping my students succeed and learn on a daily basis. Away from school, I enjoy spending time with my family,reading and shopping. |

Homework is given nightly as reinforcement of skills taught in class. Please make sure your child is completing all homework assignments. Students are responsible for writing all homework assignments from the board to their agendas. Students start off with 100 points for homework, and points are deducted each time homework is not completed. Students receive 100 points in every subject area.
