4th Grade Discipline Plan
Classroom Management
Rules:
1. I will listen to and follow directions.
2. I will talk at appropriate times.
3. I will practice self-control and respect the rights of others.
4. I will complete and turn in all assignments as directed.
5. I will follow these rules when outside o the classroom.
Consequences:
1st offense - sign clipboard: Lose 5 minutes of recess
2nd offense - sign clipboard again: Lose 10 minutes of recess
3rd offense - sign clipboard again and "The Book"> Lose entire recess.
****Severe disruptions will be referred to the office immediately.
PAW Parties
Every 20 days we take time out to reward appropriate behavior. Students who have signed in less than two times in the 20-day period receive a treat.
Conduct Grades
Report card conduct grades will be based upon the following criteria:
S 0-7 sign-ins
NI 8-14 sign-ins
U 15 or more sign-ins
