Math:
We will begin our study of Unit 2: Multiplication and Division in math this week. We will continue our study of this unit through November 20. A strong command of the basic multiplication facts is essential for success with this unit. Students should practice facts nightly in addition to assigned homework. For additional support visit the math content page and the mathematics eBook at http://www.eharcourtschool.com. Our next 5 minute timed multiplication exercise will be on Wednesday, October 17.
Science:
We are studying Simple Machines and then will move into Force and Motion.

Social Studies:
We are currently learning about Spanish, French, and European explorers in Social Studies. The test over that chapter is scheduled for October 3rd, but check back as that date could change.
