I want to say a Big Thank You to all the parents who came to the Art show on April 3, 2008. It was wonderful, First ArtWorks had all the students’ artwork framed and hanging on displays boards and it looked like you were in a gallery. The fundraiser was a great success. This will help buy supplies for the art room.
The school year is wrapping up, be on the look out for your child’s portfolio. This is a large cardboard folder (decorated by your child) holding the entire student’s 2-D artwork for the school year. I hope you will enjoy going through your child’s work and seeing what he/she has created.
I have enjoyed teaching art to your children and look forward to next year.
