Tests |
Note: Please be aware of test date changes within the week. We, as teachers, need to be flexible in our assessments. The dates on the newsletters are just a guide. Always look in your child’s folder for changes during the week. Please keep signing the Daily Checklist and Reading Log daily.
Thursdays - Due to Horizons students being out this day, tests will be avoided on Thursdays
Fridays - Math Test, English Test, Spelling Test, Reading Test
Tests for Social Studies and Science will be announced as they come up

Length of Homework Sessions |
Homework should never exceed 45 minutes in total, with 30 minutes being the average per session. This limit includes the 15 minutes of daily reading and 5 minutes of daily math facts practice.
If you find you and your child exceeding this limit on a regular basis, please let me know. |
