4th GRADE DISCIPLINE PLAN
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT RULES:
1. I will listen to and follow directions.
2. I will talk at appropriate times.
3. I will practice self-control and respect the rights of others.
4. I will complete and turn in all assignments as directed.
5. I will follow these rules when outside of the classroom.
CONSEQUENCES:
1st offense - sign clipboard: Lose 5 minutes of recess
2nd offense - sign clipboard again: Lose 10 minutes of recess
3rd offense - sign clipboard again and "The Book": Lose entire recess
*****Severe disruptions will be referred to the office immediately.
PAW PARTIES:
Every 20 days we take time out to reward appropriate behavior. Students who have signed in less than two times in the 20-day period receive a treat.
CONDUCT GRADES:
Report card conduct grades will be based upon the folowing criteria:
S = 0-7 sign-ins
NI = 8-14 sign-ins
U = 15 or more sign-ins |
