The study of mathematics is a challenging task, requiring self-discipline and hard work. Here are some suggestions to help make this class easier. 1. Do all assigned tasks promptly; don't get behind even one day. 2. Choose to have a positive attitude. Mathematics can be fun and rewarding. 3. Ask questions until you fully understand the material. You are the only one who truly knows if you understand. 4. Do your homework in a neat and organized manner. 5. Establish a daily study routine at a set time in an appropriate place.
If you need to get in touch with me, I am available for conferences before and after school and during my planning period (7:50-8:50am). My email link is also posted on the left if you have any questions or concerns. |

1. DAILY MATERIALS include: textbook, notebook, loose leaf notebook paper, pencil 2. NOTEBOOKS: All students must keep a three-ring binder notebook containing only math materials. Regular notebook tests will be given over the proper completion of homework and warm-up exercises. BE ORGANIZED! 3. HOMEWORK: Practice is essential, so expect homework daily. All assignments will be labeled in the upper right hand corner with your name, date, period, page number, and problem numbers. They must also be done in pencil and MUST show the work.
