| Who is Mrs. Starcher?
| | A graduate from Georgia Southern University, Mrs. Starcher earned a Music of Education degree. Mrs. Starcher is also certified for Level One Orff, a method of teaching students music through experiential learning. Mrs. Starcher earned her master's degree through Lesley University in Creative Arts and Learning and completed her specialist degree through Augusta State University.
Mrs. Starcher was honored to be recognized as 2007-2008 Columbia County Teacher of the Year. |
