Philosophy |
| I believe all students can act appropriately in the classroom. I will not accept any student interrupting my teaching or keeping any other student from learning. I strive to maintain order and to promote a positive learning enviroment. |

Classroom Rules |
1. Be respectful towards others inside and outside of the classroom
2. Be prepared to learn (have all needed supplies and a positive attitude)
3. Keep hands, feet, and other items to yourself
4. Work quietly so as not to disrupt others

If a student chooses to break a rule... |
1st consequence - Verbal Warning
2nd consequence - miss 5 minutes at recess and parents notified in planner
3rd consequence - miss 10 minutes at recess and parents notified in planner
4th consequence - miss 15 minutes at recess and phone call to parents
5th consequence or Severe disruption - Office referral |

If a student chooses to abide by the rules...... |
| Students that choose to abide by the rules set forth by the administration will be rewarded. They will earn "gotcha" tickets, stickers, prizes, treats, verbal praise, or other rewards decided upon by the teachers and students. |

Class Success Chain: |
| As classmates, we are a team. We work together as a team to accomplish our daily goals. In order for our goals to be met, we have to abide by rules set forth by the administration. Each day we will have the opportunity to earn at least 5 links on our class success chain. When our chain reaches the floor we will earn a reward. Rewards have been decided on by the teacher and the students. |
