District Communications

All parents in the Columbia County School District must have a Parent Portal account.

If you already have Parent Portal access, login here: Parent Portal Login.

To create a new Parent Portal account please view the video instructions below. Then, Click Here to set up your username and password.

You only need one Parent Portal account. If you have more than one student, your other student(s) will appear in your account. After creating your account and logging in to the portal, click on Today in the left menu, then use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select your other student(s).

This information is used to contact parents in case of an emergency, it is imperative that the information is correct and up to date. 

If you have questions or are unable to activate the Parent Portal, please contact your child's school for assistance.
