Debbie Callan
Mrs. Callan's Crew
Debbie Callan has been teaching first grade at Bel Air Elementary School since 1978. She earned her undergraduate degree at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut in both Elementary Education and Psychology. She earned her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University and has earned Reading Endorsement Certification. She and her husband Rick continue to try to keep up with the busy schedules of their three children.

Ashlee Odom
Mrs. Odom's Class
Mrs. Odom is happily married with 2 children. Along with teaching at Bel Air, she is also a member of Warren Baptist Church, where she sings with the praise team. Mrs. Odom graduated from ASU in 2001 with a BS in Early Childhood Education and received her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood in 2005. She also has her Reading Endorsement certificate. When Mrs. Odom is not at school she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and shopping! |

Tarynn Josey

Mrs. Josey is a product of the Columbia County School System and graduated from Evans High School in 1988. She received her B.S. degree from Augusta State University and her Masters from Southern Wesleyan University. She is married to Kyle Josey and they have two wonderful sons, Dylan and Logan. |

Laura May
Visit Ms. May's Website
Ms May recently graduated from ASU in May of 2007 with a BS in Early Childhood Education. She completed her student teaching experience here at Bel Air in Mrs. Faglier’s kindergarten class. In 1991, Ms. May graduated from Augusta Technical Institute with a diploma in Child Development and Related Care. She worked in the Richmond County school system as a paraprofessional in kindergarten, first and second grades for a total of six years. She will begin working on her Master’s Degree soon.
On a personal note, Ms May is the mother of two beautiful children, a daughter Arlie and her son Carter. Ms. May enjoys paintballing, exercising, cooking, and antique shopping. |
