Faglier
Angela Faglier

Mrs. Faglier has been teaching kindergarten for 24 years in Columbia County. Kindergarten had two half day sessions when she first started and she was the "traveling" kindergarten teacher for two years, teaching at Bel Air in the mornings and Martinez Elementary in the afternoons. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville and her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University. She is married to Keith Faglier. They have one son, Michael, who is a Freshman at Georgia Southern University majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

Joy Hoover

Mrs. Hoover been teaching since 1997. She is a member at Warren Baptist church and is happily married with two children and eight pets!!! Mrs. Hoover enjoys reading, walking and spending time with family and friends. She is thoroughly enjoying teaching at Bel Air.

Christi Milford is a product of the Columbia County School System, graduating from Greenbrier High School in 1999. She received her B.S. degree from Georgia Southern University and is currently working on her Masters degree through Southern Wesleyan University. This is her third year teaching kindergarten at Belair Elementary! She is happily married to Jason Milford and they have one "furry" child, a yorkshire terrier named Bella.

Erin Melcher Rosenthal grew up in Columbia County and graduated from Lakeside High School in 1997. She attended Georgia Southern University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education in 2001. In addition, she recently completed her Masters in Education degree at Southern Wesleyan University. Mrs. Rosenthal married Shawn Rosenthal on February 19, 2005 and they reside in Evans.

Mrs. Mobley has taught school for 21 years. Sixteen of those years have been in Columbia County. She graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Most of her experience has been in early childhood - Pre-K, kindergarten and first grade. She is happily married to Jim Mobley and has two daughters and one son.

Benita Sandbach is a product of Columbia County schools. After attending Martinez Elementary, Evans Middle School and Evans High School, she graduated from ASU with a BA degree in ECE. Mrs. Sandbach has been married for 18 years to Mr. Brad Sandbach. They have four beautiful children. Bradly, 16, is a 10th grader at EHS. Sarah Brittany, 15, is a 9th grader at EHS. Bryan, 5th grade and Benjamin, 1st grade - attend Bel Air Elementary. Mrs. Sandbach graduated in 2000 from Troy State University with her Master’s Degree in Leadership. In 2005, she graduated from ASU with her Specialist Degree in Educational leadership. Mrs. Sandbach is currently in her 10th year of teaching. Before arriving at Bel Air, she taught pre-k for 3 years. For the past 6 years she has been our EIP (Early Intervention Program) teacher, working with grades K-5th. This year, Mrs. Sandbach has taken the job as our pre-k teacher. Besides being a mom and teaching, Mrs. Sandbach enjoys photography and watching the “Dawgs!”
