The permanent life policy provides both life insurance protection and cash values. It is affordable, convenient, and portable. Employees can purchase coverage up to $150,000.00, or five times their salary whichever is less. You can purchase up to $25,000.00 of coverage for your spouse and each child on a conditional basis.
