Pay day for a Columbia County employee is the 1st of the month.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES!!!
* Any additional 15th of the month pay is due in the Business Department as per attached schedule.
* The monthly leave report is due by the 10th of each month unless otherwise advised by the Business Department.
* Deadline for payroll changes other than additional pay is the 10th of each month. Changes must be in the Business Department on the 10th of the month in order to be included in the current month's payroll.
Please remember that any school system employee receiving additional pay or changes to salary must be paid via a time sheet or an EMMA automated time sheet, and NOT a purchase order. Payroll cutoff dates are different from purchase order cutoff dates.
