Kindergarten Registration
Children should register at the elementary school in the designated school zones in which they reside.
To be eligible for kindergarten registration, children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2009.
The following information is required for registration:
*A certified original of your child's birth certificate
*GA Certificate of Immunization (GA form 3231)
*GA Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental Examination (GA form 3300)
*Proof of residency (current gas, electric, and water bill)
