The underlying theme of Art education at Brookwood Elementary School is to visualize the unimaginable. A prerequisite to product is process. The process begins with ideas and imagination, which become words of visual images. The aim of art education is to enable the student to visualize so that the idea may become reality. Through fostering the creative process from idea to product, the student realizes that anything is achievable when the proper groundwork, preparation and visualization are established.
