| Athletic Master Schedule |
This schedule includes the calendar for fall, winter, and spring sports. Please be aware that it is possible that dates and times can change, so please consult the school calendar or appropriate coach if you have any questions. |
| County Insurance Permission Form |
Athletes will need to provide a photocopy of their families health insurance card as well as a photocopy of their second semester report card. If the student attends summer school to earn credit, documentation of this must also be provided. |
| Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Forms |
Athletes must take the approved form to their doctor when they get a physical. Physicals are good for one year. |
