REGISTRATION |
| Any child moving into the Euchee Creek district for the first time must be registered in the school office. Parents need to bring the completed Georgia three point screening form #3300 (eye, ear, dental), the Georgia immunization form #3231, the child's birth certificate and social security card. For grades 2 - 5 the last report card from the child's previous school is essential. The school office is open from 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION |
Children are eligible for enrollment in kindergarten if they have reached their
fifth birthday by September 1. "Parents need to bring the above documents to register a child at designated times in the spring proceeding the school year. If this is not possible, parents are requested to complete registration soon after the designated times.
