| | Visit Mrs. Alicea's Classroom | Mrs. Alicea and her family are residents of Harlem, Georgia. She has twenty-five years teaching experience. Working for Columbia County Board of Education for twenty-three years, Mrs. Alicea has teaching experience with all the elementary grade levels. She holds the following degrees: Bachelor’s of Art in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama; Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Walden University; Specialist Degree in Differentiated Learning/Brain Research~Instructional Leadership from NOVA University, and Leadership Administration “ADD-ON” from the University of Georgia. Mrs. Alicea is also National Board Certified. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participates in the Harlem Relay for Life.

| | Visit Mrs. Carter's Classroom | | Mrs. Carter has an Early Childhood Education Degree from Augusta State University. She is currently working on her Masters degree from Augusta State University. Columbia County has always been her home and she is proud to work in the Columbia County school system. Mrs. Carter and her husband have four children that are all enrolled in Euchee Creek Elementary. Her husband is Brian Carter and he is also a Columbia County native. |

| | Visit Mrs. Williams' Classroom | Mrs. Williams holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University. She began teaching in Richmond County in 2001 and moved to the Columbia County School system in 2008. This year she will be working with all grade levels as an EIP teacher.
