KHE (Gifts, Donations and School Initiated Improvement Project)

Planning school initiated improvements, receiving donations or gifts require approval by the Board of Education. The Board of Education has established a policy for this process. To view this policy, please click on the link below. A KHE Request Form should be completed by the Principal and forwarded to the appropriate department(s) electronically. The form is located on the Public Drive and is also accessable from the link on this web page.
Once you have accessed the form and save it to your hard drive and insert the information that is requested on the form and re-save. The form can then be e-mailed as an attachment to the appropriate department as directed on the form.
The above process is required before your project (painting of a mural, landscaping, expanding your playground, building an outdoor classroom, receiving donations or gifts, etc.) begins. Once the KHE has been approved you will receive, via e-mail, an approved KHE for your files. Congratulations and good luck on your project.
