Pizza, Cookie Dough and Coke Sales January 9, 2008
Dear GHS Band Students and Parents,
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and that your 2008 is off to a great start!
We are beginning the Joe Corbi’s Pizza Kits and Grandma Corbi’s Cookie Dough fundraiser. We are also selling Coca Cola products to accompany the pizza and cookies.
The fundraiser starts on January 9th and ends on February 11th. Please turn in all orders and checks to Mr. Katterjohn by Monday, February 11th. The delivery date for the products is March 6th. These products are perishable and must be picked up and delivered immediately or put in the freezer. Please plan on picking up your products between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6th.
Pizza, cookie dough, and coke funds can all be placed in the envelope that you received with the brochures. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. Checks should be made payable to G.H.S. Band Boosters and can be made out for the total of all purchases, rather than one for pizza, one for cookies, and another for cokes. Please reconcile the amount of funds you should have with what is in the envelope to make sure you are turning in the correct amount. Write your band ID#, located on this envelope label, on every check collected in the space at the bottom left corner that says: for______________.
All of these are great products and easy to sell. Our experience has been that anyone who has purchased these in the past is more than willing to buy again, so make sure you visit those people who bought from you in the past. Let your customers know that the pizza kits & the cookie dough can be frozen, so they can stock up!
Remember that $1.00 per item you sell goes towards the band trip, so SELL, SELL, SELL!!! Sales will be tallied in time to receive credit for this year’s trip. *** The $1.00 per item is for trip credit only and has no cash value.***
Thank you for your efforts to make this a successful fundraiser for the Wolfpack Band!
Sincerely,
Margaret Meyers and Diane Wilson (706)855-0065 (706)541-1076
*Note: If every band student sets a goal of selling just 5 pizza kits, 5 cookie dough products, AND 5 cases of Coke products each, the band would make a net profit of well over $13,000 even after the trip credits have been awarded!
