There will be a mandatory meeting prior to the trip for all parents and students concerning forms, itinerary and rules.
Cancellation Policy—All monies are refundable up to 90 days prior to trip except for the first October payment, which buys the Broadway tickets. $25.00 per person cancellation penalty up to 90 – 45 days prior to trip. $50.00 per person cancellation penalty 45-14 days prior to trip.
Fund raising deductions will be made on the final payment.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!
If you get behind 2 payments, the student will be removed from the trip list and refunded the money due back MINUS THE 1st 2 PAYMENTS.

Things to remember to pack: INSTRUMENT UNIFORM – jacket, bibbers, black socks, black shoes. Clothes –jeans, sweatshirt, tee shirt, extra pair of sneakers, dry socks, underwear, and belt. Broadway clothes – slacks and button shirts for guys Casual dress or pant outfit for girls No jeans and sneakers Spending money Camera/film Toiletries Snacks – twizlers, fudge round, M & M’s, animal crackers Manners Hat Sunglasses Medication SMALL COOLER – NO ICE, drinks with screw on tops Headphones for bus ride Blanket and Pillow (optional) Watch Itinerary
