***SENIOR SUPPLY INFORMATION:
My name is Mrs. Knight, and I am your senior supply/graduation coordinator for Greenbrier High School. This year GHS is working with Jostens as our junior/senior supplier. Our representative is Mr. Jason Wiley. Jostens has a local office located near the Martinez Post Office. You can reach them at 706-868-0515 for directions or answers to any questions you might have.
First Semester Information:
Jostens will conduct a Senior Order Presentation in the GHS cafeteria on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Please plan to attend for order details regarding senior supplies.
Jostens will return to GHS on Tuesday, October 20, for their first Senior Supply Order Day. They will be set up outside the cafeteria during all three lunches to take orders.
Jostens' final order day will be on Wednesday, November 4, outside the cafeteria. If you are unable to place your order on either date, you can visit or contact the local Jostens to complete your order.

Graduates, parents, relatives, and friends:
You are not required to have any tickets, invitations, or announcements to enter the James Brown Arena. Seating is unlimited, but plan to be there early for a good seat. We almost filled the entire arena during last year's ceremony!
Baccalaureate- Baccalaureate is annual the non-denominational religious ceremony held at the First Baptist Church of Augusta on Walton Way. This year's ceremony will be announced at a date closer to the event. Seniors must be there in full graduation regalia and proper dress code no later than 2:30. A letter of invitation will be sent to your home with details closer to the ceremony date.

Graduation-Saturday, May 22, 2010. Time To Be Announced!
Location: James Brown Arena-Graduates must be there in full cap, gown, and appropriate attire. Graduates are to enter the James Brown Arena from the back (down the ramp) and line up in the holding area.
The ceremony will last roughly one and one-half hours. There are no activities planned for after the ceremony so that the graduates can celebrate the event with family and friends. All graduates will be dismissed to the FRONT of the James Brown Arena after the ceremony concludes.
We are contracted with a photography company called The Picture Man. Their representatives will be at the James Brown Arena to take pictures of the graduates as they receive their diplomas and as they exit the stage. The proofs of the pictures will be sent to your home some time over the summer. If you have not received your proofs in a timely fashion, you can contact The Picture Man at thepictureman@pic-man.com, or you can visit his website at www.pic-man.com/thepictureman for further information.
