NEW - Criminal Background Checks for Parents going on Overnight Trips
Consent form
Columbia County now requires parent chaperones going on an overnight field trip to have a criminal background check. Parents must complete the Consent Form (click above) and return it to the teacher with a $5 money order. All forms will then be given to the school secretary to notarize before submitting it to the county.
Note:Criminal background checks are only required for OVERNIGHT trips.

Upcoming Field Trips
Ms. Callister will be taking her students to University Hospital the week of April 14-18. Students will have an opportunity to tour different departments and interview various medical professionals. More details will be sent home.
