| Basic Information |
Any child moving into the Grovetown district for the first time must be registered in the school office. Parents need to bring the completed Georgia 3 point form #3300(eye, ear, dental), the Georgia immunization form #3032, and birth certificate. For grades 2-5 the last report card from the child's previous school is essential. We need the Social Security number for all children. The school office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
| Pre-K Registration |
Children are eligible for enrollment in Pre-Kindergarten if they have reached their 4th birthday by September 1. |
| Kindergarten Registration |
Children are eligible for enrollment in Kindergarten if they have reached their 5th birthday by September 1. |
| First Grade Registration |
Children are eligible for enrollment in 1st grade if they have reached their 6th birthday by September 1. |
| Registration Card |
A registration card on each student is kept on file in the office. Please advise the office of any change in home, work, or emergency phone numbers. |
