Mission Statement |
| The mission of the HHS Career Resource Center is to assist students in developing the essential skills required for making informed educational and career decisions and preparing students to meet the changing demands of the twenty-first century work force. |
Beliefs |
We believe that all students: *should be well-rounded, with technology, academics, ethics, attitudes, employability skills and citizenship being a part of a life-long educational and career developmental process.

Goal |
| The overall goal of the career resource center is to provide students with information and opportunities to enable them to make informed education and career decisions. |
Center Activities |
We believe that all students: * Administering Interest Inventories to students in grades 9-12. * Developing and Updating students' Career Portfolios. * Providing Career and Post-Secondary education information to students and parents. * Serving as the contact person for job shadowing and Youth Apprenticeship Program. * Maintaining the Career Resource Center website. * Publishing a monthly Scholarship and Career Resource Center Bulletin. * Organizing and Conduct a Career Fair. * Conducting seminars, workshops and classroom presentations relating to career, financial aid, and other areas of concern or interest to students and parents. * Providing SAT, ACT, ASSET, and other assessment information.
